What Habit is

Habit is a personal library for short videos, posts and links you have chosen to save. It organises useful text from those saves and can make that text searchable from ChatGPT or Claude through a personal connection.

Accounts and subscriptions

Habit requires an account. Paid features and AI-library access may require an active subscription purchased through Apple. Prices and renewal terms are shown by Apple before purchase, and subscriptions are managed through your Apple account.

Your content is yours, and so is the responsibility

Habit saves posts you point it at. It does not give you any rights over that material that you did not already have. The people who made those posts still own them. Keep what you save for your own private reference, and do not republish it, resell it, or pass it off as your own.

Other services

Habit is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, ByteDance, OpenAI or Anthropic. Those services can change or restrict access at any time, and when they do, parts of Habit may stop working. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

No warranty

Habit is provided as it is. Transcription, text recognition and any AI summary are automated and will sometimes be wrong. Do not rely on them for anything that matters without checking the original. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Habit is made by Reuben Scott Holdings Limited, company number 9401983.
